Saturday - Sunday 8:00 am - 12 noon Eastern Standard Time. We will be happy to answer your questions and take your orders over the phone.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on US Postal price per zone,weight, and package size. We will calculate your shipping and handling charges for you when you place your order.
What shipping methods are available?
We receive factory fresh cigarettes from the manufacturers daily. All of our products are made for sale in the U.S. We do not handle duty free products made for sale outside the US . Orders placed on Monday through Thursday, and Friday prior to 6:30 pm EST, are normally shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after 6:30 pm EST on Friday, in addition to Saturday and Sunday orders, are normally shipped on Monday.
What brands do you carry?
We carry all major brands of cigarettes. If you don't see your brand on our list, give us a call. We will do all we can to order it in for you.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum you may order as little as one carton.
What about sales tax?
We are a Native American business located on the Seneca Nation Allegany Reservation (a Sovereign Nation) located in Western New York . Transfer of title to the products being sold in your order is taking place at our business location. Shipment will be at your sole and exclusive direction and at your sole and exclusive expense.

We accept money orders and checks.
